前作の後日談で、リザードマンの仔を孕んだソン・ミナが更に犯されまくるお話。
相変わらず安定したレベルの高い作画です。
断面描写も細かく綺麗、ミナが孕んでいる胎内のリザードマンの仔まで描かれており
「産みたくない!」と耐えに耐えた後でのミナの出産シーンは圧巻の一言。
これほど出産シーンを描き込んでいる同人誌はかつてなかったかも。
前作を購入していてポテ腹ミナも見たい、という人は買って損は無いかと。
