「LOD」シリーズは前作、前々作がアドベンチャーゲーム形式であり、ボイス付きであったが、今作はCGノベルであり、ボイス無しなのが残念なところ。
亡国の王妃や王女達が怪物達の繁殖用家畜として、妊娠、出産する姿が描かれています。
全キャラとも家畜として諦観しているため、「勝気な女を無理矢理〜」というシチュエーションこそありませんが、人間として残ったわずかな理性をも砕いていく、触手や怪物たちの妊婦責めは垂涎の極み。

前作の「8」に登場したキャラのうち一人は、ゲスト絵師さんによって新たに書かれているので、そのギャップも楽しみの一つかもしれません。
