同一ブランドの作品である「D'ERLANGER(デランジェ)〜誘惑の淫魔病棟〜」前日談に当たる話です。
作品としては二作目となりますが、前日談ですのでこの作品単品でも楽しむことができます。

内容としては三分の二が触手で、三分の一が輪姦になっています。
世界観もホラーゲームなので、そういうのが苦手な人にはあまりお勧めできません。

作品中の触手はかなりリアルで、3Dが平気で触手好きなら絶対にお勧めできます。
また、ロリとお姉さん系の両方が存在(少しだけロリの方が多いかも)しますので、どちらの好みの方も楽しめます。

ただ、選択肢はなく、ゲーム性は皆無なので動画付きデジタルコミックとして見ておいたほうが良いと思います。
