タイトルの通り極太拡張マンガを三本収録。その極太っぷりも尋常ではなく、おなかがぽっこりするどころかそのまま突き破ってしまいそうなレベルなので趣味の人以外は注意が必要。
しかしそんな鬼畜気味なシュチュエーションながら三本のうち二本は和姦モノであり、女の子が大変なことになっているにもかかわらず読後感が良い、という不思議な感覚が味わえる。特に一本目のねこみみ娘×人狼男のお話はオススメ。
