一人で蒼紗様演じる仮想の女王様に調教してもらうという内容で、
予め洗濯バサミの用意などの説明があります。

自分で平手打ちをするシーンなどもあるのですが、
蒼紗様がナレーション・ナビゲーター・女王様を使い分けて演じてくれて、
平手打ちの時などもタイミングを教えてくれます。
たまにこちらにナビゲーターさんが話しかけてくれたりと、
調教の厳しさと共に優しい声で安心感を与えてくれます。

催眠系のシーンもあるのですが、
上品な声での語りかけが心地良いです。
