まるで病院の案内のようなナレーションでスタートします。
「落ち込んでいるとき」
「イライラしてるとき」など、精神的な状態に合わせてトラックが割り振られています。
その対処法もなるほどというか、不思議な説得力があります。
結構、事務的な感じで処置されるのでソフトMな感じでもあるので、
そういうが好きな方にもおすすめです。
