脱走した死刑囚が主人公で、目をつけた患者、看護師、女医といったヒロインたちを思うままに犯していく。
凌辱に留まらず、放尿やら人体改造やらとアブノーマル要素が強いため万人向けとは言えないが、
選択肢で「そうだろ?」と振られたときに見てみたいと引き寄せられるものがある。
