小説パートとマンガパートの2種類で構成された作品です。
小説のパートでは、ラクスの肉体を淫猥なものに改造(特に胸)し、さらに催眠状態にすることで、心の奥底をも調教していきます。
後半のマンガパートでは、肉体・心の奥底を調教されるも必死に抵抗するラクス。しかし、襲いくる快楽に負け堕ちていきます。

ラクスの調教ものとしては、かなり良い作品だと思います。
