元来のおねショタジャンルの直系であり、タイトルに偽りなく、おっぱい怪獣の爆乳ドSがヒロインであり、ドMのショタがなすすべもなくお姉さんに締め上げられ、散々搾られる話である。

ドMな方にはもってこい。

ただ、年下の逆襲は皆無であり、お姉さんがヒーヒー言うシーンは無い。
したがって、単におねショタのシチュエーションを期待する方は、注意されたい。
