そういう感想を得るには、おそらく人を選ぶ作品です。
プレイ方針にもよりますが、敵を蹴散らすよりも内政や外交が効果的なわけで…
自国を富ませつつ、いかにして周辺の強国をやり過ごすか。
そういった裏方の活躍が光るゲームだと思います。

ストーリー自体は無いも同然ですが、
自由度の高いゲームなので自分なりに妄想を膨らませてプレイすると楽しいです。
