女はむちむち、男はガチムチなジェントル佐々木の画風がちゃんと再現されているのが素晴らしい。
全体的に作画が高く、エロアニメとして良くできていて非常に抜ける。

こちらではまだネトラレの初め。
嫌だけど逆らえない、でも体は感じちゃう、という段階。

竿役は旦那とそっくりの可愛いショタっ子男子生徒と、ゲスなキモデブ管理人。
距離の近しい相手と、無理やり迫ってくる相手でどちらも違った良さがある。

原作を知っていても知らなくても楽しめるNTRエロアニメが見たい人にお勧め。
