なんと言っても部下プレーの大幅な拡張でしょう!
具体的には、

1)勅命システム
　突然上司から無理難題をふっかけられます。

2)副官システム
　プチ恋愛シミュレーション(笑)

そんなイベントをこなしながら、
仕事終われば気の合う同僚と飲んだり、遊郭で憂さを晴らし。
