感染すると正気を失い、性欲に支配されるというウィルスが蔓延した都市で逃げ惑うストーリー。
前作との繋がりも一応ありますが、プレイしていなくても問題ありません。

前作同様、今回の目玉も凌辱、輪姦、乱交。
感染者達に捕らえられ、輪姦される…というのが主な展開ですが、今作では獣姦・フィストファック等の変り種も含まれます。

凌辱、乱交、パニックホラー好きならば十分楽しめる内容。
