単なるフタナリ漫画、ではなく+格闘(キャットファイト)という、ちょっと変わった雰囲気。
剣とかの武器を持ってどうこう、というのでもなく、説明にあるように肉弾戦の格闘戦。
フタナリっ子たちが、普通の体と自由を求めて戦います。

もちろんエロ漫画ですので、殴りあうだけではなく、性器の攻め合い。
最終的には射精させて元気がなくなれば負け、というルールです。

格闘は演出と捉えた方が見やすいでしょう。
