文章が主体で、後ろをいじる起源に始まり、体の仕組み、準備から実践に至るまで詳細にかかれており、後ろの気持ちよさに興味を持ち始めた人が読むのに最適な内容になっています。
また、所々に挿入されるマンガは体験談だったり、実践中のものだったりとコチラも合わせて楽しめました。

文章量も豊富で図解もあり妥当な価格の作品ですね。
