『RD潜○調査室』のユ○ノちゃんが介護先のエロ爺に騙されてその豊満な身体を貪り尽くされてしまう話です。
原作のユ○ノちゃんも健康的なぽっちゃり系でしたが、この作品では原作よりもかなり増量されています。
贅肉の表現や肥満による身体のたるみの描き方が丁寧で、ぽっちゃり好きには堪らない作品に仕上がっています。
