ラノベのような軽い文体で、ミステリ+伝奇モノ+時代小説という感じ。
なので、これらの要素の融合に関心が無いと面白くないかも。
特にラノベっぽい現代的な文体は、時代小説っぽくないですし。

有力な藩に挟まれた小藩が滅び、その原因を探る元姫の女浪人と、仕官の宛てを求める親子、藩に仕える女侍の3人がニアミスを重ねて物語が展開するので、そのような視点の交錯も魅力の1つですね。
