3つの部屋で男女6人が暮らす18禁美少女ゲーム。いわゆる萌えゲー。
選択肢が多く、攻略ヒロイン毎に違うルートがあったりする。
後に家庭用ゲーム機に移植されているけれど、そこまでエロが薄いというわけでもない。
攻略対象では無いサブヒロインの他に、登場回数の少ないサブキャラでも立ち絵があって、細かい部分まで力が入っている。
