アパート管理人の未亡人が、悩む男の子を大人にしてあげるために…というお話。視点はやや管理人さん寄り。
　ことに及ぶまえに、茶目っ気たっぷりに亡父の仏壇に断りを入れるところなど、年増さんの余裕とかわいさが随所でたのしめます。後日談もエロとさわやかさがいい塩梅で、湿っぽさゼロです。
　価格のわりにボリュームもあり、ノー天気な年上ものが好きなら買って損なしではないかと。管理人さんのキャラが、オーソドックスながらも非常に愛らしいので、続編も期待しちゃいたいですね。
