4人のふたなりっこ生徒に、先生があやしい薬をこっそり飲ませて様子を観察するゲームです。
3話というのは少ない感じがしましたが、各話ごとにそれぞれの薬の作用があり×4人です。+おまけと4コマがあります。
エロクナールでムクムクおっきくなったふたなりっ娘が、周りにバレないように自分の手でキモチヨクナール... のは良いですね。
