タイトルで一目瞭然。実兄の嫁つまり義姉を寝取っていくゲームです。
他のゲームと異なるのは、男性視点で無く寝取られる義姉視点で進むのが、このゲームの特徴と言えるでしょう。
そのため義姉が旦那に対する罪悪感を抱きつつも、快楽に溺れていく様子が描写されています。
ヒロインが堕ちる様は見ていてナントモ・・・。

惜しいのはヒロインの立ち姿の下着が・・・。もう少し手を抜かないで描いてほしかったです。
