タイトルどおり、ピストン系の効果音が非常にたくさん入ってます。
勿論ピストン以外にも、普通のぐちゅ音や触手の音等もあります。

BGMは穏やかなものもありますが、どちらかというと陵辱っぽいものが多めでした。
他にも簡単なクリック音やジングルも入っており、
幅広い範囲をカバーしてるな、と思いました。
ちょっとしたゲームならこれ一本だけでもつくれそうです。
