前作で処女を奪われ巫女の力を喪った巫女姉妹は自らに宿る「不動の聖力」と修行の末に力を取り戻し、再び淫魔との戦いに立ちますが、父の仇の前に母巫女ともども捕えられてしまいます。
肉体を操られ、強制奉仕、輪姦、股間に生やされた肉触手による強制近親相姦と嬲られて、ついには子宮に宿った「不動の聖力」を剥奪され、疑似出産により産み落とさせられてしまうシーンが絶品です。
シリーズ3作の2作目ですが、巫女凌辱もの全体を見ても、本作が最高傑作だと思います。
