有名な作品ですので細かな内容説明は不要でしょう。
本巻では第一の犠牲者・七瀬恋が竜二の毒牙に掛かります。
弱みを握られて処女を奪われ、ついには恋人の目の前で凌辱されてしまう恋の絶望感が鬼畜好きにはたまらない作品です。
注意点はスカトロシーンで、一般に浣腸・排泄シーンがあっても特にアニメ作品の場合は巧みにぼかして描かれていることが多いものですが、本作は実に生々しいので覚悟完了してからご覧ください。
