竜二の視点で夜勤病棟の物語を振り返る総集編です。
看護婦三人の連続処女強奪シーンから、ほとんど拷問の調教シーン、浣腸・大量排泄シーンがこれでもかとばかりに連続します。
ストーリーはあってなきがごとし。30分間、ほとんど酷い調教・スカトロシーンばかりです。
ごく一部、本編にはない竜二の妄想とも言うべき、大勢の看護婦たちを侍らせたハーレム展開もあります。
