ご察しの通り包茎です。
左右から同時に言葉責めされるのは最高ですね。
どちらも菜月さんですので、2つの声が上手く絡み合います。

また右・左のみの音声が収録されているのもポイントです。
左のお姉さんはずっと上から見下される感じ。
右のお姉さんは優しげな声が小馬鹿にするのを更に引き立てています。
それぞれで聴いていたものがミックスされたときの破壊力は凄い。
