連作シリーズの最終話、前作(第3話)で凌辱され、心身ともにボロボロになった弟が、兄の親友に背中を押されて、とうとう兄に想いを告げます。兄と交わり、互いの想いが通じ合いそのあとで親友も交わってのHで幸せになります。しかし親友のほうは凌辱による事情で離れなければならないという、まさに3人の人物が織りなす人間ドラマにふさわしい最終話だと思います。
