サークル国屋敷さんの作品ということで、購入はすぐに決めました。

丁寧で浸透しやすい催眠導入や、その後のパートはセルフとドライに分かれます。

好きな方をお聞きしていいのですが、催眠初心者の方はセルフをオススメします。慣れてくるとドライでもとても気持ちよくなれると思います。
