今作の大家さんはエッチな行為には慣れているかのように主人公を誘惑するが
実はそんなことはしたこともないけどすでに誘惑してしまったので後戻りは出来なくて結局最後までやっちゃう、という物語
最初に聴いてた時は「挿入したら処女だってバレるんじゃ・・・」と思っていましたが良い感じに進行していき、最後はハッピーエンド
とても自分の好みでした。
