ふたなり、と書かれてる通りのネタです。
男の子でありながら女性器を持っちゃった主人公に彼氏がガンガン好奇心で攻めていきます。
女体化ではないので、胸はなく穴が2つに増えただけ。だから簡単に言えば二輪挿しといいますか。。
本編のマンガは読んでませんが、十分楽しめる短編です。
