注意事項にも示されてますが、この作品は全部英語です。
が、MAP上をしらみつぶしに探したり、光っている所を調べたりすれば簡単にイベントを見れたり、話を進めたり出来ます。

エロさで言えば、主人公のサラがゾンビだらけの街で生き残る為に男達の要求を呑んで酷い目に合わせられるのがとても良かったです。
