前作よりもさらにハードなプレイになったプ○キュアの変態CG集です。各シチュエーションにつき基本枚数は1枚か2枚ですが、差分が豊富で飽きさせません。
全キャラにボテ腹・アヘ顔差分があり、多くのキャラにスカトロ差分、巨根ふたなり差分、さらに一部には出産差分まであります。
無理やり・ノリノリにかかわらず、最後にはアヘアヘ状態に堕ちて快楽のとりこになりますので暗い雰囲気はありません。
