他の催眠音声と違い
睡眠中の夢に干渉する、という特殊な作品です。

あまりにも深い眠りだと干渉することができず
何も見ることがなく眠りから覚めてしまうかも

自分の睡眠周期を熟知したのち、適切な手順で行うことが
この作品を最大限楽しむための近道です。

それでも確実に「そういった夢」を
みれる保証はありません、試行回数を増やすのみです。

そして条件が特殊なこともあり
「少しの物音でも目を覚ましてしまう方」には
私は非推奨とさせていただきます。
貴方が浅い眠りに落ちているときに
「音声により貴方の夢をそういう夢に誘導する」作品です。
音声が始まった途端パチッと目が覚めてしまう方も居ます。
