催眠系は初めてで半信半疑で試してみました。
ヘッドホンをあてて布団に潜り込み、できるだけリラックスできるように深呼吸・・・

すると、あれ、右手がうごかない?左手も・・・
金縛りのようで何か違う。映画を見てるとも、漫画を読んでいるとも言えない、漠然としたイメージの中に放り込まれたような感覚でした。

感想としては、少し怖かったというのが本音ですが、面白い経験でした。
