マスタリングで使用されるプラグインに関してはこの本さえあれば問題無しです。
あとこれはミキシングの本でも言えることですが聴き比べや倍音の変化を分析出来る画像もついてるので視覚的聴覚的に学べるのは大きいのではないかと思います。
最終的に作り手やジャンルによって違いが出るものですが初心者にも優しい内容ですのでこれはオススメです。
