かなり内容はきつめです。ロリ系で鬼畜系のものがやりたい人にはオススメです。姉妹の精神が歪んでいく様子はその手の嗜好があるひとにはたまらないと思います。
基本的にはほとんど拷問のようなことを延々と続けるシナリオなので、限界を超えて責めるみたいなものが好きなら買って損はないかと。逆にそういうのに耐性がないと超ド級の核地雷になりかねないので注意しましょう。
プレイの激しさとしてはフィストファックとかサンプルにもあるように棒で殴るとかそのレベルです。
