BGMありでも無しでもいいですが、お店っぽい感じだとBGM有りの方がいいかもです。

眠るときに聴けば、あっという間に眠りに落ちてしまいますので、
不眠気味の方にはおすすめします。

不眠でなくともすーっと眠れるので良いです^^
