マンション管理人の主人公がその立場を利用して住人の女性達を犯しまくる漫画です。
実用性重視とあってほぼ全部のページがエロです。
出てくる女性も幅広いし嫌がってたり和姦だったりNTRだったりとシチュエーションも様々です。
全体的に深く考えずエロを楽しめる感じなので、NTRもそこまで悲壮感がありません。(全体的にギャグっぽいし)
ハーレム展開好きなら買いだと思います。
