声による催眠ではなく、音声による催眠というけっこう新しい試みをした作品です。

催眠時間も長めのため夜寝る前に聞くのがおすすめです。
ただ、その反面で導入部分が心地よくてそのまま寝てしまうことがちらほらありましたが(笑)

興味のある方はお値段も手ごろですのでお試しを!
