催眠要素は少なめで、あくまで手コキを支援するための音声といった形になっています。
全編を通してゆっくりとしたテンポでしゃべっているので、あまり耳に意識を集中させていなくても聞き取りやすいです。
またきつい口調での命令や指示が含まれていないので、そういったものが嫌いな方も安心して楽しめると思います。
