前作で1コマだけ登場した姉が中心。
この姉、そもそも弟や妹とは全然似ていない軽めな見た目とは裏腹に男勝りでやたら厳格で手も早く、のっけから(なぜか裸で応対する)主人公大ピンチなんだが、まぁ……こいつなんで。
完全に続き物なので、可能であれば1〜3も購入しておくといいかも(作品としても良質)。
一応兄妹の絡みもある。
