前作「王様はおねショタの夢を見る」のアナザーストーリー的な作品です。

前作と大きく異なるのがボールアクションです。
ボールを使った攻撃と、タイミングを合わせたカウンターや脱出時の反撃など、前作と比べアクション要素が増えました。

前作と比べ登場女性キャラの種類が減ったものの、エロCGは充実しています。
女性キャラはおっぱい大きいのでおっぱい好きにもオススメです。

前作をプレイした人はもちろん、初見の人も買って損無しの良作です。
