前作とは打って変わってイケメンの主人公になったシリーズ第2弾。
だが、いくらか違いはあるものの中身は鬼畜外道そのもの。
あの手この手を駆使して、ナースたちを次々ハメていく。

前作のヒロインである七瀬恋が引き続き登場しており、本筋において要を担っている。
必須ではないが、予め前作をプレイしておくとストーリーの理解が深まると思う。
