タイトル通りヒロインはデブ。
ムチムチやぽっちゃりってレベルではないです。
それも三姉妹で、爆乳デブ・正統派デブ?・ロリデブとバリエーション豊富です(笑)
太ってはいますが、ヒロインの女の子たちはどれもとても可愛く描かれています。
マニアックなプレイも豊富です。

前作はやや鬼畜なプレイも目立ちましたが、今作では全編を通して純愛路線になっています。
