リアルにいそうなサイズの蟲がうじゃうじゃと女の子にたかり体内に侵入し寄生しながら産卵する。異種感をいかんなく発揮している。
巨大蟲に組み伏せられている美少女の絵が好きという程度のライト蟲姦好き向けの作品ではなく、絶対に相容れない生物とのまじあいが見たいっていう人向けの作品。
