権力を笠に着た理事長の娘による教師へのいじめに、催眠術を利用して調教することで復讐を目指すという物語。
非常にCGの質が高く、フルボイスなのでエロは十分。
ややイベントを埋めるのが難しいものの、一周の長さはそれ程でもないのでそこまでコンプリート困難な訳でもなし。
ちなみにEDは複数種類ありますが、調教の進行具合などによって相当に内容が変わります。
