レベルドレイン3のファンディスクということで、レベルドレイン3のキャラのHシーンも有りますが、ほとんどが新規キャラとのHシーンとなっています。
前作までのRPG要素は無く、ストリップティーズ島でひたすら女の子たちに搾られまくりレベルを捧げる、まさしく夢のような体験ができます。
参加されているイラストレーターさんたちも実力派ばかりで枯れ果てます。
これまでのシリーズを未プレイでも楽しめます。
