王様はおねショタの夢を見るの続編にして外伝作品になっています。

外伝作品だけあって、敵キャラ数やステージ数は前作に比べて少なくなっていますが、主人公がサッカー少年ということでボールを使った攻撃が可能で、前作よりアクションの幅が広がっています。また、敵のお姉さんからの犯されパターンも増え、やられCGも一人につき三種類もあるので総合的にみて価格相応の価値は十分ある作品だと思います。
