シーン4つのシナリオと1つのシナリオで構成されている外伝ソフトです。
メインとなる『エイリアン・ハザード!』のほうはカレン本編のとあるバッドエンドの続き(恐らく)ですが、構成上ほぼ本編の設定がリセットされているので、原作を持っている人も持っていない人も深く考えずに新しい別の話と見ても問題ないと思います。

内容は当然ながらどちらも対人はなく、異種姦と出産、自慰・ふたなりがメインです。ふたなりと自慰はセットになっていますが、特にサブストーリーのほうの改造を受けた状態が個人的にツボでした。
