セルフは無く、動いたりする指示もあまりなく。
催眠とバイノーラルの気持ちよさを実感できる作品でした。
前後左右から立体的に聞こえる声に自然に催眠状態に入って行けます。
自分はドライで達することができるタイプではないのですが、
この作品では全身がゾクゾクするような体験ができ大満足でした。

50分弱のちょうど良い長さで繰り返し聴きたくなるのもポイント高いです。
